Loaded Bloody Mary with Bacon

Ingredients
  

For drink
  • 24 oz tomato juice
  • 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 8 oz vodka
For rims
  • 2 tablespoons seafood seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon celery salt
For garnish
  • Crispy GreenWise bacon
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Pepperoncini
  • Olives
  • Lime wedges

Method
 

  1. Combine all drink ingredients in large pitcher.
  2. Combine seafood seasoning, paprika, and celery salt in shallow dish. Moisten rims of highball or other tall glasses and dip into seasoning mix, then fill glasses with ice.
  3. Divide drink among glasses. Add your choice of garnishes.

Notes

 
Make it a michelada.
Substitute 12 oz beer for half the tomato juice and omit the vodka for a brunch treat.
